Termination options for cartridge heaters (leads)
1) Nickel wire. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 6-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater
Option to use epoxy resin filling (temperature in the place of filling a maximum of 250°C) – resistant to humidity and contamination by oil, etc. With epoxy resin filling, the standard length of the no-heating zone on the leads is 12-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
2) Leads connected outside the cartridge heater
Leads with silicon insulation and copper galvanized core (maximally up to 180°C).
Leads with Teflon insulation and copper galvanized core (maximally up to 205°C).
Leads with Teflon insulation and nickel core (maximally up to 260°C).
Leads with glass-textile insulation and nickel core (maximally up to 350°C).
Leads with mineral insulation and nickel galvanized core (maximally up to 450°C).
The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads of all these versions is 6-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
For all versions, there is the option to use epoxy resin filling (temperature in the place of filling a maximum of 250°C – resistance to humidity, contamination by oil, etc.). The standard length of the no-heating zone with epoxy resin filling on the side of the outlets is 12-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
3) Nickel wires. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the outlets is 6-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
4) Nickel wire with ceramic insulation (maximally up to 450°C).
The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 6-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
5) Leads with insulation inserted into the cartridge heater – used in applications that require bending of the outlets in the place of the leads from the cartridge heater.
Leads with Teflon insulation and nickel core (maximally up to 260°C). Option to use of epoxy resin filling (temperature in the place of filling a maximum of 250°C) – resistant to humidity and contamination by oil, etc. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the part of the outlets is 17-25 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
Leads with glass-textile insulation and nickel core (maximally up to 350°C). The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of outlets is 6-20 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
Leads with mineral insulation and nickel galvanized core (maximally up to 450°C). The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 6-20 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
6) Connection with ground wire – usable for cartridges with the diameters: 10 mm, 12.5 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm.

Leads with mineral insulation and nickel galvanized core (maximally up to 450°C). The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 12-20 mm according to the diameter of the cartridge heater.
7) Three-core cable with silicon insulation and copper galvanized core (maximally up to 180°C). The transition between the cartridge and the silicone cable is provided by a metal braid. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the outlets is 20-25 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
Diameter of cartridge heaters: φ 6.5 mm, φ 8 mm, φ 10 mm and φ 12.5 mm.
8) Three-core cable with silicon insulation and copper galvanized core (maximally up to 180°C). The transition between the cartridge and the silicone cable is provided by a metal braid. Diameter of cartridge heaters: φ 16 mm and φ 20 mm.
The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 25-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
9) Three core cable with silicon insulation (maximally up to 180°C) and copper galvanized core, fitted with flexible metal protector from galvanized or stainless steel. For cartridges with diameters of 6.5 mm and 8 mm, the diameter of the protector is larger than the diameter of the cartridge heater. For cartridges with diameters of 10 mm, 12.5 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm, the diameter of the protector is smaller than the diameter of the cartridge heater. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 20-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
10) Three-core cable with metal braid, glass textile insulation, and nickel core. This ensures resistance while retaining the excellent flexibility of the leads at temperatures up to 350°C. Diameter of cartridge heaters: φ 6.5 mm, φ 8 mm and φ 10 mm. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 15-20 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
11) Three-core cable with metal braid, glass textile insulation, and nickel core. This ensures increased mechanical resistance while retaining excellent flexibility at temperatures up to 350°C. Diameter of cartridge heaters: φ 12.5 mm, φ 16 mm and φ 20 mm. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is 20-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
12) Leads are fitted with a flexible metal protector from galvanized or stainless steel and are used in applications that require increased resistance of the leads to abrasion, sharp, and hard items. A version with a bellows waterproof stainless steel hose is also available. For cartridge heaters with the diameters 6.5 mm and 8 mm, the diameter of the protector is larger than the diameter of the cartridge heater. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 12-20 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
For cartridges with diameters 10 mm, 12.5 mm, 16 mm, and 20 mm, the diameter of the protector is smaller than the diameter of the cartridge heater. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 17-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.

13) Vulcanization makes it waterproof and resistant to damage caused by frequent bending of the connection of the rubber cable. Three-core cable with rubber insulation and copper galvanized core (the temperature in the point of the connection of the cable to the cartridge heater maximally up to 60°C). The length of the no-heating zone on the side of the leads is a minimum of 25 mm.
14) Rectangular connection – side leads with insulation inserted into the cartridge heater. Used in applications with spatial restriction together with the requirement for flexible leads. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 15-25mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.

15) Rectangular connection using a cube – a three-core cable with silicon insulation and copper galvanized core (maximally up to 180°C). Option to produce with increased resistance to humidity.

16) Rectangular connection using a cube – a three-core cable with metal braid, glass textile insulation, and nickel core. This ensures increased mechanical resistance while retaining the excellent flexibility of leads at temperatures up to 350°C. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 6-20 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
17) Rectangular connection using a cube – with flexible metal protector from galvanized or stainless steel – this is used in applications that require increased resistance of leads to abrasion, sharp, and hard items. A version with bellows waterproof stainless steel hose is also available. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 6-20mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
18) Rectangular connection using a radial tube – three-core cable with a metal braid, glass textile insulation, and nickel core. This is used in applications where due to restricted space, rectangular connection using a cube is not possible. It cannot be used for cartridge heaters with a diameter of 5 mm. This ensures increased mechanical resistance while retaining the excellent flexibility of leads at temperatures up to 350°C. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 15-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater.
19) Rectangular connection using a radial tube – with a flexible terminal protector from galvanized or stainless steel. It cannot be used for cartridges with a diameter of 5 mm.
This is used in applications where due to restricted space, rectangular connection using a cube is not possible. It ensures increased resistance of the leads to abrasion, sharp, and hard items. The standard length of the no-heating zone on the side of leads is 15-30 mm according to the diameter and the type of cartridge heater. A version with bellows waterproof stainless steel hose is also available.
